Returns must be pre-approved for consideration of a refund or exchange. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted, and you may be responsible for shipping costs.
The hair removal device must be in the same condition as when you received it. This means undamaged and with the original packaging. For hygiene reasons, the device must not show signs of use.
The return request must be made within 100 days from the date of purchase.

Clear photos of the product(s) to enable us to assess their condition
If the original product, accessories, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product are missing or damaged
Any product that exhibits physical damage or obvious misuse by the user
Any product that is marred (scratches, stains, oil marks, etc.)
Orders that exceed 100 days from the date of purchase
